Dulcinea Wines is owned by Simon Fance. Simon has been visiting Spain since 1964 and over his formative years experienced Spanish wines as he travelled the country with his parents. Since 1988 Simon was tutored in the art, science and culture of Spanish wines by his now business partner, Harold Heckle, whose knowledge of the Spanish wine industry is second to none.

Having spent eight years as a development engineer in the automotive industry both in the UK and South Africa and subsequently as a management consultant for fifteen years, Simon established Duldinea Wines to make available world-class wines from Spain which were not available in the UK.
